Boabet Terms and Conditions
File version: 6.12
Date of change: 8 June 2026
1. General Provisions
Boabet is operated by Blue Boulder Limited, a company incorporated in Malta under registration number C50898. Its registered office is located at Office 4, Block C, SkyWay Offices, 179 Marina Street, Pieta, PTA9042, Malta.
The services covered by these Terms are authorised and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority under licence MGA/CRP/169/2009, issued on 13 May 2020. Automated remote casino games are operated by Blue Boulder Limited. Live, non-automated gaming products and fixed-odds betting are operated by Blue Boulder Live Limited, a Maltese company registered under number C95243 at the same registered address.
These Terms form a binding agreement between Boabet and every registered account holder. They apply whenever a user accesses the website or uses Boabet services through a desktop computer, mobile browser, downloadable application or another supported device.
Use of the platform is also governed by:
- the rules applicable to each casino game or betting product;
- the conditions published for individual bonuses and promotions;
- the Privacy Policy governing the collection and use of personal information;
- any additional product-specific rules displayed on the platform.
Where a product rule, promotional condition or privacy provision directly conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific provision will apply to that particular matter.
Boabet may revise these Terms. Material changes will be communicated before taking effect, and users may be required to accept the revised version during their next login. A user who does not accept a material update must stop using the services, close the account and request withdrawal of any withdrawable balance. Minor amendments may be introduced without individual acceptance, so users should review the version number and date of change regularly.
2. Account Opening and Verification Checks
2.1 Eligibility and Registration
An account must be opened personally by the individual who intends to use it. Registration on behalf of another person is not permitted. Every user must be at least 18 years old or meet any higher minimum age imposed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the user resides.
The account holder must also have the legal and mental capacity to understand these Terms, manage personal gambling decisions and enter into an enforceable agreement. Where Boabet reasonably believes that an account belongs to or is being used by an underage person, the account may be closed immediately. Funds may be withheld or forfeited where permitted or required by applicable law.
Users accessing Boabet are responsible for confirming whether online gambling is lawful for them. The availability of the website does not by itself constitute an invitation to gamble in a territory where the services are prohibited.
Users must not conceal or falsify their location by using a VPN, proxy, anonymisation tool or another method intended to disguise an IP address. Accounts may not be opened or accessed from restricted jurisdictions, including the United States, sanctioned territories and other locations identified by Boabet. Certain games may also have separate geographical restrictions.
2.2 Personal Information and Identity Checks
Registration information must be accurate, complete and kept current. Required details may include:
- full legal name;
- residential address;
- date of birth;
- email address;
- telephone number;
- payment information.
By accepting these Terms, the user authorises Boabet to conduct identity, age, credit, fraud-prevention and regulatory checks. Information may be submitted to authorised verification providers, fraud-prevention services or credit reference agencies. Telephone verification may also be used.
Boabet may request documents proving:
- identity, such as a passport, national identity card or driving licence;
- residential address, such as a recent bank statement or utility bill;
- ownership of a payment method, such as an account screenshot or partially masked card image;
- source of funds or source of wealth where required by regulatory obligations.
Documents may need to be certified. Additional authentication tools may be used to determine whether a submitted document is genuine. An account may remain restricted until all requested checks are completed satisfactorily.
Submitting forged, altered or misleading information may result in immediate account closure, cancellation of winnings and withholding of funds, subject to applicable law. If verification is not completed within 30 calendar days after the first document request, Boabet may close the account and return any remaining eligible balance.
Withdrawals normally remain pending until identity verification is complete. Where an account is restricted only because age-verification documents have not been provided, the user may be allowed to withdraw deposited funds, excluding winnings, before the account is closed.
3. Use of Your Account
A Boabet account is intended exclusively for the personal use of its registered owner. A user must not operate an account for another person, allow a third party to control it or use it as part of a business activity.
Users must not:
- deposit money obtained through fraud, crime or another unlawful source;
- use a card, bank account, wallet or payment service they are not authorised to use;
- fund an account through a corporate card or business account;
- interfere with the website, software, code or security systems;
- engage in criminal, fraudulent or abusive conduct;
- select a username that is unlawful, offensive or infringes intellectual property rights.
Only one Boabet account is permitted per user. Anyone who discovers that more than one account has been created must inform customer support. Where duplicate accounts are identified or reasonably suspected, Boabet may close one or more accounts, cancel bets, remove bonuses, void winnings or withhold balances.
Users select a supported account currency during registration. Login credentials must remain confidential. Boabet may treat activity completed with the correct account credentials as activity authorised by the account holder. The company is not responsible for unauthorised use caused by a user’s failure to protect a password or device.
Accounts may not be sold, purchased, assigned or transferred. Users can review deposits, withdrawals, wagers, bonuses and winnings through the account history and must report any suspected error promptly.
3.1 Inactive Accounts
An account becomes inactive after three consecutive months without a recorded transaction. Boabet will attempt to notify the user by email at least 30 days before inactivity status applies.
An inactive account may be charged a monthly administrative fee equal to the higher of:
- €5; or
- 5% of the remaining account balance.
The fee may reduce the balance to zero. It does not apply while an account is under an active self-exclusion. After the exclusion expires, inactivity fees may begin if the account remains unused. A refund of inactivity charges may be considered where the user provides evidence of a health-related impediment covering the inactive period.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Requirements
All deposits must be made through a valid payment method lawfully owned and controlled by the registered account holder. Third-party deposits, corporate cards and business accounts are prohibited.
For card verification, Boabet may request a copy of the card showing only the first six and last four digits. The middle digits and the CVV security code must be concealed.
Where a payment is found to have originated from a third party, Boabet may:
- return the deposit to the original payment source;
- cancel winnings connected to that deposit;
- restrict the account during an investigation;
- permanently close the account.
Customer balances are held separately from company operating funds in accordance with applicable gaming requirements. No interest is paid on balances, and a Boabet account must not be used as a savings account or financial service.
Deposits should be made for genuine gambling activity. Boabet may investigate transactions where funds appear to have been deposited without an intention to place bets or play games.
Credit is not provided. A transaction will not be confirmed unless sufficient funds are available. A wager accepted because of an account or system error may be cancelled if the balance was insufficient to cover the full stake.
4.2 Source-of-Funds Checks
Boabet may request evidence explaining where deposited money originated. Examples include bank statements, salary documents, evidence of a property sale or documents relating to an inheritance.
Requested source-of-funds information must normally be supplied within 28 days. Failure to respond may lead to restrictions on deposits, betting and withdrawals. The account may also be closed where the information provided does not satisfy legal or regulatory requirements.
For total deposits of €2,000 or more during a rolling 180-day period, the user may be required to provide photographic identification and a recent document confirming residential address. Once requested, these documents must be submitted within 30 days.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Before a withdrawal can be completed, the full deposited amount must be wagered at least once. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly unless the conditions of the relevant promotion allow conversion into withdrawable funds after its wagering requirements have been completed.
Withdrawals are generally returned to the same payment method used for the deposit. Visa and Visa Electron cards may support withdrawals. Mastercard card withdrawals are not currently supported. Where several cards have been used, the withdrawal may be directed to the card that received the majority of deposits during the previous six months, provided that card supports incoming payments.
Card withdrawals usually require three to five working days. Payment processing times, fees and availability may also depend on the relevant bank, financial institution or payment provider.
Account balances cannot be transferred between users.
Boabet may cancel a withdrawal, void winnings or restrict an account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect:
- third-party account use;
- fraud or unlawful activity;
- coordinated activity with other users;
- a breach of these Terms;
- an unresolved verification issue.
Chargebacks, reversed deposits and related processing costs may be deducted from the user’s available balance.
An amount credited because of a human, technical or settlement error remains the property of Boabet. A user who withdraws incorrectly credited funds must repay them and should report the error immediately.
5. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
A user may submit a complaint through Boabet live chat. The customer support team will review the issue first and may refer it to management where an immediate resolution is not possible.
Boabet aims to issue a decision within 10 days after receiving the complaint. Where additional investigation is required, the review period may be extended by another 10 days. The user will be informed of the extension and will receive the final decision by email.
A complaint should therefore follow this order:
- submit the matter to Boabet customer support;
- allow the internal complaints process to be completed;
- refer the dispute to an authorised external body if the internal response is unsatisfactory.
Eligible disputes may be submitted free of charge to MADRE, the designated alternative dispute resolution service. Its decision is binding under the applicable procedure.
A complaint concerning unlawful, unsafe, unfair or non-transparent gambling services may also be submitted to the Malta Gaming Authority Player Support Unit through its online form, support email or postal address.
Eligible users residing in the European Union may use an available online dispute resolution process where applicable. Use of an alternative dispute resolution service does not remove the user’s right to commence proceedings in a court that has jurisdiction over the dispute.
6. Account Closure
A user may close an account through live chat or through the Limits section. A closure request handled by customer support will normally be implemented within 24 hours, with confirmation sent by email. The user remains responsible for account activity completed before closure takes effect.
Boabet may investigate, restrict or close an account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect:
- cheating, card counting, chip dumping or exploitation of a game defect;
- collusion with other users;
- use of bots, automated systems or prohibited software;
- manipulation of game mechanics or normal gameplay;
- money laundering, card fraud or another criminal offence;
- deliberate breach of these Terms;
- failure to complete identity or source-of-funds checks;
- underage gambling;
- submission of false or misleading information.
During an investigation, withdrawals may remain suspended. Where prohibited conduct is established, Boabet may cancel bets, confiscate associated funds and close the account.
Transactions are monitored for anti-money-laundering purposes. Suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities, and personal information may be disclosed where permitted or required under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Boabet may also restrict, block or close an account and withhold funds where required by a competent authority or legal obligation.
7. Specific Rules for Games
Balances, credits and winnings shown in “Play for Fun” mode have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, account credit, prizes or another benefit.
Users choose their own stake within the minimum and maximum limits displayed for each game. Before confirming a wager, the player is responsible for checking the stake, selected game and other transaction details.
Automated games use a Random Number Generator. The same RNG process applies to real-money and demonstration modes, and the systems are tested for randomness by approved independent testing parties.
Any attempt to manipulate poker or another game is prohibited. Restricted conduct includes:
- cooperation between players intended to create an unfair advantage;
- bots or automated decision-making tools;
- exploitation of programming defects;
- interference with software or game statistics;
- third-party control of gameplay.
Accounts connected to such conduct may be investigated, suspended or permanently closed. Related bets and winnings may be cancelled, and serious conduct may be reported to regulatory or law-enforcement authorities.
Chat rooms must be used respectfully and only for legitimate communication between players. Additional rules for bingo, poker, PlayJumbo, sports betting and individual casino products are available through the relevant game or rules section.
8. Sports Betting Specific Rules
Sports bets are accepted only through the Boabet website or supported iPhone and Android applications. Instructions submitted by telephone, email, fax or in person are not valid.
A bet becomes binding only when it has been received and expressly accepted. Acceptance is confirmed through a generated receipt or through the open or settled bets area of the account.
Users must review every selection before submission and understand the relevant market and betting terminology. Once accepted, a bet cannot normally be changed or cancelled by the user. A cancellation request submitted before the event begins may be considered by customer support, but approval remains at Boabet’s discretion.
Unless another minimum is displayed, the lowest accepted stake is €0.10 or its equivalent in the selected account currency.
Pre-match bets must be received before the advertised start time. A bet accepted after the event has started may be cancelled. If one selection in a multiple bet was accepted late, the entire multiple may be voided.
Boabet may refuse or cancel a bet before the event begins. Where required by applicable law, a reason may be supplied upon request.
9. Refund Policy
Real-money games and bets are consumed when the transaction is confirmed. A completed gaming transaction cannot normally be returned, cancelled or refunded merely because the user no longer wishes to participate.
Funds connected to active wagering requirements or withdrawal restrictions are not refundable while those conditions remain outstanding.
A stake may be returned where a game round remains unfinished because of a connection failure or similar interruption and the system later identifies the transaction for correction. Refunds may also be considered where a third-party technical problem requires Boabet to cancel a bet.
Boabet is not automatically responsible for downtime, server interruption, network delay or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Any discretionary refund will depend on the facts of the individual case. Fixed-odds betting refunds are determined under the applicable sports rules.
Additional identity checks may be required before a refund or reversed transaction is released, particularly where:
- the user requests payment to a method different from the original deposit source;
- Boabet suspects that the account was created or operated for another person;
- regulatory or fraud-prevention obligations require further verification.
Failure to complete these checks may result in refusal of the refund, account closure or forfeiture of funds where permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
Users access Boabet and participate in gambling activities at their own risk. The website and its games are provided without an assurance that they will always be uninterrupted, completely error-free or suitable for every user’s intended purpose.
Boabet, its directors, employees, partners and service providers do not guarantee continuous access or the permanent absence of defects.
Where Boabet breaches these Terms, liability applies only to loss that was reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was formed. The company is not liable for delay or failure caused by:
- a breach committed by the user;
- circumstances outside Boabet’s reasonable control;
- failures of the user’s device, software or internet connection;
- lawful suspension of an account or service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or liability arising from fraud.
The platform is provided for personal rather than commercial use. Boabet is not responsible for lost business, lost profits, business interruption or lost commercial opportunities.
Services or individual games may be temporarily suspended without advance notice. Subject to mandatory law and valid payment of lawfully obtained winnings, liability connected to a specific gambling transaction will not exceed the relevant stake. For other claims, the aggregate liability stated in these Terms is capped at €2,000,000.
11. Technical Errors
Boabet aims to maintain a functional and reliable service but cannot guarantee that technical faults will never occur. Users should report a malfunction to customer support as soon as it is identified.
Where a system error affects a game or betting transaction, Boabet may void the affected wager and return the original stake. The company is not responsible for problems caused by the user’s equipment, local network, internet provider or other systems outside Boabet’s control.
Interrupted, aborted or incomplete rounds are recorded by the platform. An unfinished round may resume when the user returns to the game. A completed round will not be replayed, although its result can be retrieved through customer support.
Where an external provider problem, software malfunction or settlement defect produces an incorrect outcome, Boabet may correct the account, reverse an erroneous payment or restore the balance to the position that would have applied without the error.
12. Other Provisions
All intellectual property rights connected with Boabet, including software, databases, designs, trademarks, domain names, written materials, trade names and technical know-how, belong to Blue Boulder Limited or an authorised third-party provider.
Access to the website does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. Users receive only a limited right to access the platform in accordance with these Terms.
Translations may be provided for convenience, but the English-language version prevails where different language versions are inconsistent.
Boabet is not liable for delay or non-performance caused by events outside its reasonable control, including war, political crisis, strikes, natural disasters and telecommunications network failure.
Where a provision is declared invalid or unenforceable, it will be removed or limited only to the necessary extent. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Boabet may assign or lawfully transfer its contractual rights and obligations. Users may not transfer, sublicense or assign their accounts or rights under these Terms.
These Terms, together with incorporated game rules, promotional conditions and policies, represent the complete agreement between Boabet and the user concerning access to the platform.
The agreement is governed by Maltese law. Subject to mandatory consumer rights available under European Union or other applicable law, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Malta. Boabet may also commence proceedings in another competent jurisdiction where legally permitted.
BoaBet is a distinctive brand operated by Blue Boulder Limited. Similarity between its name and another business name or trademark does not establish a partnership, sponsorship, endorsement or commercial association.
